The
house is surrounded by nature and forest which allows
for the feeling of peace and tranquillity to surround
your stay at the house. With world class surfing
only 75meters from the house and a variety of excursions
available in the Mal Pais area there is plenty of
activity to keep you busy. The sport fishing in
the area is good all year round with the opportunity
of catching Marlin, Tuna and a wide variety of other
smaller tropical fish. The scuba diving and the
snorkelling in the area allow participants the opportunity
to explore the marine life of Costa Rica. You will
be able to do a deep wreck dive at about 100ft or
snorkel to see the reef fish. These include various
types of moray eels, cleaner wrasses, surgeon and
angelfish, next to colourful puffer and parrotfish.
You can also relax
on the patio and listen to the Costa Rican wildlife
while reading a book. Anything is possible at this
palace of relaxation.

´The design of the house was both practical
and a pleasure for the eyes. The breeze through
the shutters kept us pleasantly cool during the
night and we hardly ever used the stylish fans in
the room. With a diet of fresh pineapple and mangoes,
and fish caught the same day, we never felt better.
