The Lost Iguana is one of Arenal's newest hotels and is setting the standard with regards to turning ‘rustic comfortable’ into ‘rustic luxury’. Situated on 100 acres of private reserve and with direct views of the volcano, the hotel offers guests everything they need from an Arenal Hotel.

The hotel has in total 42 rooms and 2 villas. All rooms are spacious and well-appointed with first-class furnishings, artwork and full amenities: air-conditioning, telephone, cable TV, pillow-top mattresses with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets. Most rooms have direct volcano views allowing guests to watch the glow from their rooms. The hotel has just finished the construction of it open air restaurant and bar adding to the beauty of the resort.
