Aventura Canopy Tour - Monteverde
The Aventura Canopy tour has to be one of
Costa Rica's most thrilling adventure tours and is a must
for any visitor to Costa Rica. Even if you are scared

Monteverde Cloud Rainforest the canopy tour attracts people

longest canopy line well over 600m long over the top of
the canopy and over a valley.
The tour has 16 sliding cables that will
take you up to heights of over 100m from the floor. There
is an adrenaline packed 60m free fall repel, however for
people with a weak stomach a slow decent can be given.
There is also a 30m Tarzan swing that will swing you from
under the canopy to over the canopy across a valley. There
are instructors at every platform who are very knowledgeable
about the rainforest and the flora and fauna with in it.
While flying through the rainforest please always make
sure to keep your eyes peeled for sloths and monkeys,
who are very interested in seeing humans flying through
the rainforest!! Canopy tours are truly the most exhilarating
tours in all of Costa Rica.
The tour is very safe and it is one of the
most regulated tours in Costa Rica, by law they are made
to have a $80m insurance policy and also the guides are
fully trained. Safety is the main priority and 2 times
a day the cables and equipment are checked. Throughout
the tour there is 1 guide for every 4 people. These tours
