You
are now ready to embark on 14 miles of some of the
best white water rafting in the world. You will
raft through pounding rapids, quite and calm pools,
gushing waterfalls and vegetated gorges.
You will run through such rapids
as the Cimarron, Upper and Lower Huacas and many
others along the way. Once at the end of the river
you will jump into the 4X4's and take a short trip
back to HQ where you will have a well earned meal
and change of clothes, before visiting the souvenir
shop and maybe a few drinks before the trip back
to San Jose. On the way home you will be able to
appreciate stunning views of Braulio Carrillo National
Park and Irazú Volcano. This remarkable day
could easily be the hightlight of your stay in Costa
Rica.
