22 : Fly to the San Jose International
airport (SJO). As soon as you step off the aircraft
you will be met by one of our representatives, where
your itinerary will be explained and any questions
you have will be answered. The representative will
provide you with a pouch that contains vouchers
and information about your trip. From the airport
you will be privately transported to Hotel
Alta in the Hollywood hills of San Jose. Hotel
Alta is situated in a very nice neighborhood of
Santa Ana only 15 minutes from the heart of San
Jose. On a clear day you can see the 3 volcanoes
surrounding the Central Valley. Hotel Alta offers
superb service and excellent dining in the Luz Restaurant.
There is a pool and jacuzzi for you to relax in
and enjoy your first evening.

23: After breakfast you will take private
transportation with a driver up through the mountain
rainforest until you reach the Arenal Volcano area,
one of Central America's most active Volcanoes and
most visual. Once at the Lake Arenal you will check
into the fabulous 5 star hotel on the lake La
Mansion Arenal. La Mansion Arenal Offers guests
the opportunity to relax in their own private cottages
with views of the man made lake Arenal.

24: Spend today relaxing and enjoy the
impressive countryside, tropical gardens and the
infinity edge pool at the hotel. You may also wish
to organise or tour.

25: Wake up and get ready to explore all
that Arenal has to offer. Take an Arenal
Observation Hike Tour of the volcano with a
guide who will point animals and plants of interest,
finish the guided tour reaching a vantage point
over the volcano where you are able to watch the
lava flow. After this you will visit the world famous
Tabacon Hot Springs where you can soothe those ached
muscles in the mineral pools that are Volcanically
heated. The pools are said to have miracle healing
effects.

26: The beach will be lapping on your feet
within hours. After a tropical breakfast you will
take a flight to the Tropical Paradise of Manuel
Antonio. On the way you will be able to follow the
coats line of Costa Rica. Once at Manuel Antonio
you will stay at the 5 star Hotel
Gaia and Reserve.

27: Hotel Gaia is one of only 2 hotels
in the country that are part of the Small Exclusive
Hotels of this world, the other is Punta Islita
in the North of the Country. Hotel Gaia really does
bring another level of service and luxury to Manuel
Antonio and Costa Rica as a whole. The room are
very nicely decorated and the Deluxe Suites have
a wonderful balcony bed area up above that has a
running water fall on the top to keep you cool.

28: Manuel Antonio is famous for
the National Park that surrounds all the hotels
and beaches in the area. Within a small area
lies thousands of species of wildlife and
insects and they are easily seen during a
guided tour of the park. Today you will have
one the amazing tours of the park where you
will hopefully be able to see Monkeys, Iguanas,
Sloth's, snakes (not too close) and a variety
of marine life and insects. One of the amazing
things about the Manuel Antonio National Park
is the fact that it doesn't matter how many
people are in the park you will always be
able to find a secluded beach to relax on.
There are so many coves and trails that lead
to coves that it is hard for everybody to
be on the same beach.

29 - Jan 1: Spend
these days relaxing and enjoying one of the
top 5 views of the Pacific Ocean in the world.
Manuel Antonio also offers some adventure
tours if you want to arrange these. You can
work you way through the Rio Savegres Rapids,
or horseback through forests to waterfalls,
play tarzan in the jungle on a canopy tour
or relax on a catamaran as it takes you around
the islands. For New Years eve join the local
Costa Rican's for some Salsa Dancing!!

2: Your time in paradise is nearly
at an end, however before you go you will
have 2 nights in the luxurious Hotel Alta.
You will be transported back to San Jose privately
and spend your last 2 nights in a luxurious
room at Hotel
Alta.
Jan
3 : Today you will see what San Jose,
Costa Rica's capital has to offer. You will
visit some of the local sites and some bartering
with the local street vendors is a must!!
You will be taken on a 4 hour tours which
will include visiting the National Theatre,
the Museum of the Los Ninos and you will have
a typical Costa Rican lunch. If of course
you would rather sit by the pool and laze
around then this is perfectly acceptable,
of course you are on holiday!!!

4 : Privately transfer to San Jose
international airport and have a safe flight
home. We hope you have had a great Christmas
and New Years here in paradise.
