About Us
Welcome to Costa Rica Vacations UK!!
Costa Rica Vacations UK is the UK site of Costa Rica Vacations formed in November, 2000. You can see our team below:

The site was established due to one of the English staff members, Richard Bexon identified a need for an online travel agency for people in the UK wishing to travel to Costa Rica.

He noticed over the first 6 months working at Costa Rica Vacations the increase in Brit’s and Europeans coming to this tropical haven. Everyone he spoke to either could not find a UK Travel Agent that knew enough about Costa Rica and had to take a pre-planned package deal (that was not designed for them) or they had to e-mail back and forth to plan a holiday with a US company who did not know anything about the UK or it’s people.
He thought this cannot be right, so as a Brit and wanting to help his fellow country people, he set up the UK branch of Costa Rica Vacations. To reduce costs for his clients a UK telephone number was established for people to contact Costa Rica Vacations UK direct in Costa Rica. What better way than being able to speak to a Brit on the ground in Costa Rica who could describe hotels and areas intimately, give advice and plan your Costa Rica Holiday without any troubles or worries.
So there you are back in Blighty and here we are in Costa Rica. Why not pick up the phone and give us a call, even if you just want some information, we are more than happy to help, remember, we were once in your shoes.
Pura Vida (A way of saying hello in Costa Rican, means Pure Life)

We love Costa Rica and to help keep it beautiful we donate a percentage of profits to the Organization of Tropical Studies (OET), one of Costa Rica’s oldest and most respected non-profit scientific and conservation organizations. We also donate a certain percentage of our income to a variety of charities of which Casa Luz – a homeless shelter for single mothers, Hospital de Los Ninos – a childrens hospital and a variety of other smaller oragnisations.
