Costa Rica Places Driving Restrictions New Driving Law is enforced in Costa Rica.

This means that if your licence plate ends in a 0 or 1 then you cannot enter the restricted area between these hours, and the same on Tuesday for 2 and 3, Wedensdya 4 and 5, etc (with Saturday and Sunday with no restrictions) Read the rest of this entry »

Even though the roads might not be super great and the pace of life is slower, this country is far superior to the UK in my eyes. Read the rest of this entry »
