The beaches of Manuel Antonio are only a 10 to 15 minute walk away where you will have the opportunity to stroll on some tropical white sand beaches and swim in the warm ocean. Restaurants are bars are very close to the house. The house can be rented as a house or on a suite basis with 3 suites making the house complete. Each of the 7 bedrooms within the house have magnificent Pacific Ocean and rainforest views. The rooms all have AC and their own full bathroom and contain all the amenities and furniture you would expect of a magnificent mansion house.

The house contains 3 kitchens on each level with a main kitchen situated on the middle floor where families can all eat together. There is also an outside kitchen by the infinity edge ocean view pool for BBQ’s. The house comes with Satellite TV, DVD and VCR as well as a selection of great movies. Maid service is daily throughout the house and chef services can be arranged if you want. The house also has a guard and house manager who will help you with anything throughout you stay, whether it be tours and transportation.
