The view from the house is stunning, 180 degrees of pure Pacific Ocean view which sets up one of the best sunsets you will ever see. The house is surrounded by Tropical rainforest which means that monkeys, sloth’s and a variety of tropical birds always pop in to say ‘Hola’. The house and guest house have five very spacious luxury rooms in total each which its own well appointed bathrooms. The master bedroom has dazzling 270 degree ocean and sunset views from the balcony and has stylish teak flooring and furniture. There is an indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi in the master bathroom. Bedroom 2 and the guest master bedroom have stunning ocean and jungle views and are decorated similar to the master bedroom with teak furniture and almond vaulted wood ceilings. All rooms have air conditioning and are styled in an authentic Costa Rican style.
The house has one of the best living areas in the world with a 180 degree ocean view and the sunset from the couches with a cocktail can be very surreal. The living room also has a CD player and satellite TV. The Villa has a separate dining area and kitchen with teak furniture and all the latest appliances. The house rental comes with a full time maid, a gourmet chef, house manager and gardener. However food is not included. The side of the house boasts a large pool and patio area which is great for BBQ’s and relaxing.
