The National Park tour is usually am AM or PM tour with a guide who will take you around the National Park and show you the wildlife that is within it. If you think you can do this yourself, think again. It is very hard indeed to see the wildlife and the Park guides know the daily movements of the monkeys, sloth’s, snakes, birds, etc so that they may show them to you.

The National Park at Manuel Antonio is one of the main attractions boasting 627 hectares of dense biodiverse tropical rainforest. Within this rainforest lies some of the exotic wildlife that Costa Rica and Manuel Antonio are famous for: 109 species of mammals and 184 of birds. The most popular animals are the sloth’s, spider monkeys and the rare and adorable squirrel monkeys.

It is said that the best beaches in Costa Rica lie within the National Park and from the pictures you can see why. Tropical rainforest hitting white sanded beaches, as close as you will ever get to paradise.
