4-Night Holiday
 
This family holiday to Costa Rica offers an even mix of adventure, wildlife, and relaxation.
 
On this Costa Rica holiday, you’ll explore the mountains and beaches of Costa Rica.
 
You’ll arrive in San Jose with your family and we’ll meet you direct off the plane.
 
After helping you through customs and immigration, we’ll take you to your first hotel in the cloud forests of San Ramon, just an hour from the airport.  
 
Here you'll stay for two nights at the Villa Blanca Hotel & Nature Reserve.  This place is perfect for relaxing and exploring the cloud forest. There's plenty of flora and fauna to experience, including many species of birds and frogs.
 
After two nights at Villa Blanca, we’ll pick you up and drive you down to the Pacific coast to the Rafiki Safari Lodge.  Rafiki offers luxury tents in the rainforest where you'll fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the jungle and nearby river. You'll spend three nights in this gorgeous, natural place.
 
At Rafiki you'll go horseriding through the jungle to the Rio Naranjo where you'll jump into rafts and explore further. The next day you'll take a guided rainforest tour and learn about the local ecosystem. You'll explore waterfalls and get to swim in the river.
 
Once your three nights at Rafiki are up, we'll drive you to the beautiful beaches of Manuel Antonio, an hour away. Here the jungle meets the ocean, and you're certain to see monkeys and sloths.  
 
You'll spend a further three nights here, at the Tulemar Resort.
 
Tulemar offers variety of swimming pools and beach access, where you can relax, kayak, or boogie board.
 
Manuel Antonio is famous for it's national park, and while here we'll take you for a tour with a naturalist guide. You'll see sloths, birds, owls, monkeys, crabs, and other tropical animals.  While here you'll also take a snorkeling trip to view sea horses, turtles, and tropical fish.
 
If you haven't had enough of the rainforest yet, hold on!
 
We'll pick you up from Tulemar and take you further south into some deeper forests.
 
That's right, it's time for the Osa Peninsula. This is one of the most biodiverse areas on the planet, where you'll find the likes Bear Grylls and David Attenborough.
 
You'll stay three nights at the unique Lapa Rios Resort.
 
Have you camera ready here and expect to see more wildlife than you have so far throughout this entire holiday.  Scarlet macaws, sloths, monkeys, whales, dolphins, and many other species of birds and insects.  If you're lucky you might glimpse a jaguar!
 
At Lapa Rios you can choose from a variety of tours available.
 
By now you’re ready for more active tours, some action. It’s time to head to the Arenal Volcano area, Costa Rica’s adventure capital.
 
We'll take you by plane and private transfer from the Osa Peninsula, via San Jose, to Arenal's beautiful Nayara Hotel, where you'll stay for three nights.
 
Here you can enjoy volcanic hot springs with stunning volcano views. We've also organised some tours here that you can take in the morning, allowing the rest of the day to relax.
 
You'll soar through the rainforest on a zipline tour and walk through the canopy on hanging bridges.
 
All good things must end and after your stay in Arenal, it’s time to go home.
 
We’ll pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your flight home.
